Peter Croxford- Director/Sales Peter Croxford is the owner and officer in effective control of Hinchliffe & Greed.Having owned and operated an Earth Moving company for over 15 years along with owning a dairy farm for 20 years Peter decided he wanted a change. It was due to his personal interest in buying and selling real estate that his decision was made easy. Peters ability to liase with clients and his great understanding of the real estate industry is what makes Peter a successful real estate agent. Having worked and lived in the Kyabram area for the past 45 years ensures he has a huge people network. Outside of work he has an interest in the Kyabram Football and netball Club where he has been the president for the past 2 years. Peter enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and catching up with friends. |

John Lilford- Rural, Residential & Livestock John Lilford has been working as an estate agent with Hinchliffe & Greed for the past 2 years. Johns genuine interest in real estate is what made him decide to pursue a career in the industry. John has been involved in the buying and selling of real estate around Australia for over 20 years so he brings a wealth of knowledge both locally and nationally. It is Johns caring nature that allows him to build a good repour and relationship with his clients. John is married and has four children. Along with spending time with his family he also has a strong involvement in the community being involved in numerous clubs including the Kyabram Football & Netball Club, Cooma Cricket Club and Lions. John also gives up his time to go to the Dhurringile Prison to assist in the guidance and support ofthe prisoners. John is a well liked local identity. |

Brett Andison - Property Manager Brett is our newest member to join the Hinchliffe & Greed team in which he is going to take on the role of property manager with the aspiration of eventually moving into sales. Prior to joining Hinchliffe & Greed Brett has been working as a qualified tradesman. Brett has lived in Kyabram all of his life and is involved in many sporting clubs including Kyabram Football and Netball Club and the Fire Brigade Cricket Club. Brett’s enthusiasm and excitement for his new career will be passed on to his landlords ensuring that he gets the best out of there investments and providing the very best service for the tenants. |

Elarna Newman - Reception/ Sales Assistant Elarna Newman has been with the company for the past 12 months. In this time she has completed her agents representative course and has just recently finished her full estate agents licence. Elarnas experience as a beauty therapist for the past 6 years has helped her ease into the real estate industry as it was here that she developed fantastic people skills and the ability to liase with clients. Elarna is enjoying her role of reception and sales administration and looks forward to a long career in the real estate industry. It is her strong work ethic and desire to continually strive for what is best for both Hinchliffe & Greed and their clients. This will ensure Elarna a lasting career in the field of real estate. |

Bob Steddar- Stock agent Bob has worked for 40 years with Hinchliffe & Greed realestate being Kyabrams longest serving stock agent. Bob has given 50 years service in this field. Bob has a background in farming and cattle giving him a lot of valuable knowledge to pass on to his clients. Outside of work Bob has involvement in the Uncle Bobs Club and has a keen interest in football. |

Glenda Croxford- Administration Glenda Croxford started working at Hinchliffe & Greed when Peter her husband purchased the business 3 years ago in which she has taken on the role of administration and book keeping. Glenda has previously helped Peter run an Earth moving company in which she did the pay roll and general bookkeeping. Along with helping in the real estate business Glenda has an interest in the Kyabram Football and Netball Club with the ladies committee. Glenda also enjoys shopping, gardening and spending time with her children and catching up with her large circle of friends. |
